Can I arrange my own shipping service to deliver goods to countries outside the EU?
Yes. If a customer decides to use third-party services to arrange shipping through UPS, DHL, TNT, or FedEx, no additional fees will be charged. In other cases, an administrative fee starting from 250 EUR will apply, covering the necessary costs associated with communication, document handling, and providing the information required for customs clearance with the shipping intermediary.

What is the process for entering a shipment into the carrier's system if the customer chooses to use their own shipping account?
If the customer chooses to use their own shipping account, they are responsible for entering the shipment into the carrier’s system. Based on the weight, dimensions, and pickup schedule that we provide, the customer generates the shipping labels and sends them to us. We then ensure the package is handed over to the carrier according to the agreed schedule.
