CTU counter input module for logger MS

Counter input for voltage signal. Voltage for "HIGH" state (for counter status change): 3 to 24Vdc maximum pulse frequency 5kHz, backed-up operation, galvanic isolated. Galvanic isolation is not designed as safety protection.
